No member of the Idaho State Independent Auto Dealers Association (ISIADA) Board of Directors, or any of its Officers, Staff, or Committees, shall derive any personal profit or gain, directly or indirectly, by reason of his or her participation with the ISIADA. Each individual shall disclose to ISIADA any personal interest which he or she may have in any matter pending before ISIADA and shall refrain from any participation in any decision on such matter.
