The Idaho State Independent Auto Dealers Association (ISIADA) promotes, develops, and maintains the advancement of the independent automobile dealer. ISIADA does not intend to and will not in any way restrict the competition in any aspect of the independent automobile dealer industry. ISIADA, through this Statement of Policy, makes it clear of its unequivocal support for the policy of competition served by the anti-trust laws and its uncompromising intent to comply strictly in all respects with those laws. It is the individual responsibility of any Committee Chairman, member of the Board of Directors, or any Officer to assure that this policy is known and adhered to in the course of activities pursued under their leadership. Should evidence of suspected anti-trust activities arise during the conduct of ISIADA business, it is the responsibility of the Presiding Officer to note such conduct and to halt the proceedings. It is not ISIADA’s role to act as arbiter or judge of competitive conduct of industry members. As such, this Statement of Anti-Trust Policy is not a mechanism through which members should charge another member with an alleged illegal action.
